We’re looking for an Staff Accountant to join our 4-person Operations & Finance team. The ideal candidate loves numbers, is very strong with Excel, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are highly organized and detail-oriented and have at least 1 year of accounting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare month, quarter, and year-end close deliverables in a timely manner
• Monitor key metrics and provide weekly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams to drive revenue and profitability through participation in special projects and ad hoc analyses
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports, forecasts, and payments for a variety of partners
• Assist with customer invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and collections
• Act as the central point person for internal reporting around key business metrics and financials

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Degree in accounting/finance preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (you live and breathe spreadsheets)
• Self-driven, independent, and detail- and deadline-oriented
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Google Analytics is preferred
• Adaptable and love working in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm and passion with readiness to join a small company
• Bachelor's degree with strong GPA
• You live within a 45-minute drive of Framingham, MA
