Based in the heart of Boston, our entrepreneurial and collaborative culture combines the best attributes of an established industry leader with the disruptive attitude of a startup.We have an immediate need to bring on an experienced UX Product Designer with strong UX/UI skills to help design our new SAAS Web Platform and Mobile App.

The UX Product Designer will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, understanding user flows, and designing game changing concepts for our new platform in the commercial real estate and property management space. Candidates must have a strong background in UX and product design with examples in both desktop and mobile apps.

Collaboration
This role will report to our Principal of UX. The UX Team is a flexible and collaborative environment that values teamwork while also empowering individual designers to work independently as needed. You will be a stakeholder partner with product managers and work closely with our agile development team, attend scrum meetings, and collaborate with other cross-functional teams.

We are looking for candidates who communicate well and are highly collaborative as well as bring a lot of ideas to the table. You'll also help run user testing scenarios, onsite client visits, and other forms of research and customer feedback. Ideal candidates should be highly motivated and great at blending research with analytical thinking, best practices and a strong eye for visual design to achieve the best solutions.

Responsibilities
· Ideation, persona and flow mapping, sketching and storyboarding ideas
· Building detailed wireframes with annotations and functionality/flow requirements to share with team members and developers
· Creating prototypes to demo for internal teams and iterate on
· Designing final UI high fidelity screens for web and mobile apps
· Helping to maintain a design system with a style guide and component and pattern libraries
· QA and testing product versions to ensure they meet release expectations
· Extensive product research, focus groups, user testing and getting feedback from customers

Required Skills
· 3+ years of UX and digital product design experience
· Experience with SAAS / web apps and mobile app design
· Expertise with Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision and similar design tools and Adobe Creative Cloud preferred and MAC OS.
· Proven ability to deliver effective, on-time results from an established set of tasks
