Position: 

You will be responsible for the design, development, and support of the portfolio of PI training workshops and packaged consulting services; strategically, you will ensure their integration into PI’s go-to-market strategy, and tactically you will ensure their seamless integration with PI software platform and digital learning resources. These services are at the heart of Talent Optimization; they are primarily delivered through our global network of PI Certified Partners. 

This role is critical to PI’s growth and to the growth of the overall Talent Optimization category success. Leveraging talent consulting experiences and/or instructional design capabilities, the curricula you develop will support our PI and partner consultants delivering services to clients in the field. 

Internally and externally, you will be an advocate and evangelist for Talent Optimization professional services, seeking to extend their reach with clients, PI partners, and the broader Talent Optimization ecosystem. 

Your thought leadership and deep experience as a business transformation practitioner will inform the continued expansion of the Talent Optimization category; in partnership with the rest of the Product team, the Science team, and “front of the house” functions, you may consider new areas of focus for services such as leadership development, innovation management, culture, team performance, performance management.


In this role you’ll get to: 

  • Design high-impact professional services (training workshops, executive sessions, advisory retainer services) that leverage data analytics to develop actionable insights and execution plans for clients; these services will unequivocally position PI Partners as trusted advisors to their clients 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align Professional Services with other key market-focused initiatives.
  • Produce, or lead the production of supporting Professional Services assets including presentations, workbooks, quick references guides, exercises and templates, and session effectiveness evaluations, and direct the production of related digital assets (in partnership with our Digital Learning team).
  • Constantly engage with PI Partners and clients to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities for partner-driven education and consulting
  • Develop services in a way that fully integrates with PI’s software platform and online learning resources and leverages PI Science, AI, and data analytics capabilities
  • Lead, or contribute to the training of PI Partners and internal stakeholders (such as in-house salesforce) for the successful rollout of new professional services; create partner and consultant training assets to support learning, certification, and mastery of new products and service offerings.
  • Stay deeply connected with the constantly evolving field of business and management practices, and identify emerging trends and topics in Talent Optimization that PI can leverage for growth, including in leadership, business transformation, innovation, and more generally related to the future of work and business best practices; rapidly set up pilots to test the viability of these concept as business opportunities for PI Professional Services
  • When appropriate, work alongside PI Partners to assist in the rollout of new Professional Services by co-delivering these services as a business consultant & facilitator.
  • Analyze client and partner feedback and data on services performance, usage, and impact, and continuously improve packaged services and training solutions. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in a Management or Talent Consultant, Senior Instructional Designer, or similar role 
  • Proven experience with designing or delivering learning solutions, training workshops, or executive sessions, or packaged consulting services in areas such as leadership development, strategic planning, business transformation, team performance, performance management, coaching, and organizational and cultural design 
  • Proven ability to develop and produce training or consulting materials in a variety of formats utilizing the latest industry tools.

Location:

The Predictive Index is primarily based in Westwood, MA; this position will be based there but has the flexibility to work in a downtown Boston office too. Remote work is possible 1-2 days a week.
