We are looking for a collaborative Product Designer to join our team in either Burlington, MA or Pasadena, CA. We offer a flexible schedule including flex hours and some remote work. 

Job Description:

  • As a Product Designer, you will lead efforts in UI, prototyping, visual design, branding explorations and user testing. You will need to have the ability to interpret user workflows into intuitive, accessible, and easy to use designs. Your love of clean beautiful and effective design principles should be second nature to how you execute on products.
  •  You will be collaborating closely with the Product Managers, UX experts & Engineers; your abilities to articulate a vision at the start of a project, document and relay design details, handoffs, deliver feedback, and communicate insights from prototyping and testing are key. You will be responsible for iterating based on user feedback and data and fostering a culture of innovation and simplicity – always keeping customer goals and expected outcomes in mind.
  • You will be able to seamlessly transition from creating wireframes to interactive prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups.
  • You should be up to date on the latest interaction patterns, styles, tools and trends. You will be required to anticipate different user type needs, advocate for them and guarantee that the product surprises and delights them. You will be responsible for ensuring the value to the user is never compromised and that projects’ outcomes represent the users’ best interests while balancing business and stakeholder requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working on web applications and mobile app designs  
  • Demonstrated experience in both visual and interactive design
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with UX Design: wireframing, theming, prototyping, etc.
  • Experience with UI Design: branding, layouts, mockups, etc.
  • Articulate in communicating complex ideas and concepts
  • Ability to work cross functionally between Engineering and Product Management
