We are looking for a Graphic Designer with photography experience to join our growing team. The responsibilities include the process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You will be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines.

Duties

• Create and develop visual concepts that communicate the Marketing information and message.
• Develop the overall layout and production design for materials for on-property and department needs/requests, includes but not limited to posters, brochures, promo items and digital signage.
• Work closely with all departments on property to determine the scope of each project.
• Collaborate with Advertising Coordinator to ensure all of the details, goals and objectives of each project are accomplished.
• Review all designs closely for errors before printing.
• Requires the ability to work under pressure of deadlines.
• Adhere to all brand standards associated with KMP Group Tax & Business Services and the latest advertising branding campaign to ensure consistency throughout.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Promotions team on promotional and event ideas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Highly proficient in Adobe Suite: In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Extreme attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
• Self-starter who is a customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player.
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and the ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising content.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and accept feedback and input from marketing, and product management teams.
• Awareness of contemporary trends in graphic design.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Graphic Design.
• Graphic Design: 6 years or more working experience in graphic design.
