Our team is looking for an Interaction Designer to bring fresh perspective to our design process. This position will help us take concepts into different, creative directions and generate multiple variations in order to improve our final designs. This position will be working with our two mobile apps: Runkeeper (iOS, Android) and the newly launched ASICS Studio (iOS). Runkeeper is dedicated to getting the whole world running. ASICS Studio is dedicated to getting the whole world working out. In this role, you’ll be focused on creating and owning a design system in order to maintain cohesiveness throughout both of these apps. We pride ourselves in having well designed, user-focused applications that help people achieve their fitness goals and this position will be a key part of ensuring that happens.

What you will do:  

• Able to work independently and generate multiple ideas based on provided concept and research
• Create production-ready designs ready to hand off to our engineering team and answer questions during implementation
• Explain and support design decisions while accepting UX feedback
• Design meaningful digital experiences to solve our users’ needs and problems

What this Designer should exhibit:

• Great portfolio ready for review
• Excellent visual design skills with proficiency in Sketch
• Experienced in Invision prototyping
• Experienced in interaction prototyping software (like Principle, etc.)
