We are looking to add a talented Graphic Designer to our Marketing team, working closely to build the visual design and optimize our online creative assets across our portfolio of brands, ultimately helping drive user acquisition. The right person should have a strong sense of how design influences users to engage, click and convert from various marketing assets, including social, email and landing pages.

What you’ll do:

• Work collaboratively and constructively with the Creative Director, members of Design Services and the broader Marketing team to produce on-brand performance based digital advertising assets
• Develop high impact design solutions from concept to execution
• Communicate technical concepts with all internal and external teams, using effective verbal and written skills
• Bring a keen understanding of web, social, email marketing, mobile, landing page and email technologies
• Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders and cross-functional team members
• Maintain corporate brand standards across all projects
• Receive and enthusiastically address constructive feedback
• Shift priorities to meet deadlines based on changing calendars
• Ensure projects are completed on time in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality

What you’ll bring:

• Online portfolio required for consideration.
• 1-3 years of practical digital marketing design and production experience, with emphasis on concept to completion strategy
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, or related discipline
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Professional, and optimizing graphics for print, web and video
• Experience with designing graphics for Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with responsive design, email marketing design content for social media/web/mobile (display banners, icons, call-to-actions, in-app ads, etc.)
• Solid portfolio showcasing various online design projects
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Bonus if:

• Interest and experience in video production (live action and graphic explainer videos) a plus.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects a plus.
• Experience with Wordpress websites and/or HTML, CSS and Javascript a plus.
