We are looking to add a Graphic Designer who has a passion for a clean, beautiful aesthetic. You will be responsible for bringing the Follain brand to life by creating ownable, differentiated and compelling visuals.

Responsibilities:
- Support and help meet general design needs across the company.
- Design needs include (but not limited to): Paid ad creative (gifs, static ads, video overlays), brand collateral, digital assets, in-store assets, packaging, email design, web design (responsive landing pages, reworking current pages, etc.)
- Think holistically about design briefs to bring them to life in a compelling way.
- We are looking for a self starter who can push the boundaries and bring a fresh perspective to the table.
- Stay up to date with our competitors and industry leaders to ensure the Follain brand stays elevated, current & fresh.
- Collaborate with marketing, tech, merchandising and more to ensure we are meeting all creative needs across departments.
- Ability to work with and give feedback to photographers and videographers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience at a digitally native brand.
- Strong eye for detail and meticulous eye for spacing, scale & overall quality.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to design responsive web pages for mobile, desktop and tablet.
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or Sketch.
- Collaborative and willing to work on a team.
- Able to take feedback gracefully.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ideally, experience in the beauty industry and love of clean beauty.
