We are looking for a motivated and ambitious graphic designer to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis (20 hrs/wk)

The Graphic Designer, Brand and Performance Marketing role is responsible for creating a wide range of design materials including paid digital assets, website design, emails, PR support etc. that support marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Design and distribute all visual assets central to managing and maintaining consistent branding across all consumer touchpoints
  • Responsible for the execution of web projects from wireframe development to design comps to interfacing with our development team
  • Works closely with Marketing and developers on creative testing.  Comfortable and interested in using data to inform future iterations of work.
  • Establishes a creative process for asset management
  • Comfortable with light UI and development work
  • Stays on the pulse of creative and design innovations and techniques. Is extremely familiar with best practices for the social space across all platforms

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent creative thinking and visual skills, including use of photography, typography, and color theory
  • Sound knowledge of how to execute designs within an online environment (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Expert level knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint and Microsoft Office
  • Able to concept and execute on brand identity, information architecture, and usability
  • Able to produce high-end functional interface designs for responsive websites, landing pages, banners, and emails
  • Strong project management skills; ability to coordinate, communicate and adhere to detailed production schedules.
  • Excellent attention to detail, file organization and file management
  • Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional interactive work for a variety of clients and industries.  Must include social media examples.
  • Interest in digital and mobile marketing
  • Be able to work in an efficient and nimble manner
