The Follain family is for an dynamic Creative Director to lead the company creative strategy, understand our business goals and drive the Follain visual brand identity cohesively, online and in stores.



Responsibilities:

  • Conceive, develop, and execute comprehensive Follain brand vision and strategy across multiple channels (digital, print, brick and mortar, etc)
  • Define and execute brand messaging and voice, to drive understanding and adoption of the clean beauty movement; effectively communicate the “storytelling” of the brand and the mission
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, merchandising, customer
  • experience, product development, and stores, to deliver beautiful experiences across all customer touchpoints
  • Partner with the educational content team to ensure the brand identity and creative flows throughout non-commercial platforms effectively
  • Partner with tech to translate business goals into strong design elements that enable a cohesive user experience
  • Partner with customer experience and UX to constantly improve site, landing pages, emails,
  • flash/static banners and all social elements
  • Recruit, hire, lead, and manage a strong creative team to exceed the requirements of our brand and marketing strategies
  • Route and track projects, gather creative feedback from project stakeholders, and
  • collect/distribute performance results for launched projects
  • Review creative briefs to ensure all requirements are clear and will result in innovative, on- brand work
  • Build and manage relationships with creative partners and vendors

Requirements:

  • 10+ years brand design and visual strategy experience across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and retail stores
  • Passionate and driven, with the ability to bring the brand mission to life through innovative and risk-taking design
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a long list of ideas and initiatives
  • Strong leader that motivates and inspires, while rolling up their sleeves to get the job done
  • Obsessive interest in branding and brand messaging, especially brands that are disruptive and driving innovation
  • Excellent communicator that values and fosters strong cross-functional relationships
  • Comfortable in a data-driven decision-making environment
  • Personal interest in wellness a plus
