As a Technical Writer for Lightmatter’s products (Envise, Passage, and Idiom), you'll create content targeted at customers. The audience includes developers, data scientists, and systems engineers. Content is often in the form of documentation but may include UI text, sample code, videos, or other educational material. You'll collaborate with product managers, deep learning scientists, as well as digital, analog, and photonics designers.

Responsibilities

• Write, publish and maintain high-quality user content and messaging.
• Develop a content publishing process.
• Define, measure & improve content metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers.
• Write positioning white papers, blogs, presentations, and other content for a variety of internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in writing technical documents
• 2 years of experience in an engineering role
• Ability to understand and write code
• Preferred - ML/AI frameworks understanding
• Preferred - data center deployment experience
