  • Monitor internal and customer feedback for improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with other writers to share tool knowledge, process improvements, and style standards
  • Analyze existing and potential content and its information architecture, focusing on single-sourcing opportunities

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
  • Experience delivering information in multiple formats from a single source, and the ability to evolve delivery formats to meet changing user needs
  • Expert-level capabilities with the Adobe Technical Communication Suite, including FrameMaker and RoboHelp; ability to share that expertise with other writers
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Word
  • Experience working collaboratively with an engineering team, managing involvement of others in initial content creation and the review process
  • Familiarity with the software development process; Agile development experience a plus
  • Experience working with both co-located and remote teams

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in an endpoint security environment
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS authoring, and graphics production and editing
  • Familiarity and comfort with source control systems
