Acorio is searching for a Proposal Writer to ensure that responses to RFP’s are best-in-class, creative and consistent with our messaging and positioning. This multi-faceted position, highly visible position is critical and key to our business as we continue to grow domestically and internationally. This role will also be responsible for the curation of best-in-class responses and provide a resource library to the Sales and Pre-Sales teams.

A day in the life:

• Fulfill written requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Effectively manage RFP deadlines
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to obtain and provide appropriate content for RFPs and various prospect inquiries
• Organize and maintain content, and other information, necessary for the timely, accurate and compelling completion of a response to an RFP
• Formulate creative proposals based on the strategy and needs of our customers while following Acorio brand/writing guidelines

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 7+ years of relevant experience
• Previous RFP or proposal experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, including excellent time/project management and change management experience
• Strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to write and convey complicated thoughts
• Design creativity skills a plus
• Deadline-focused with ability to work under time constraints while producing high-quality material
