SimpliSafe is looking for an energetic Production Assistant to support all aspects of TV, video and photo production for our in-house Video/ Photo team. The crew will count on you for a variety of crucial tasks including: administrative office support, location scouting, off site errands, and on-set duties.

Please note this job requires intermittent travel to shoot locations and will sometimes require board.

What you’ll do:

• Post casting notices, manage submissions, coordinate and negotiate with agents
• Manage contracts and paperwork of all cast and crew and liaise with legal
• Track production budget
• Manage all production related invoices
• Manage on set catering and expendables
• Assist with location hunting/scouting and management
• Organize travel and accomodations for talent/crew
• Keep track of and maintain all components of on set SimpliSafe systems
• Help create special props lists and oversee use of props and continuity
• Create and manage call sheets and coordination of all cast, crew and agents
• Assist with the creation and management of shot lists and shooting schedules
• Collaborate with team on concept development, shaping of scripts in pre-production, edit and post production

• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a production assistant and/or a passion for the industry
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic familiarity with tools and construction
