TripAdvisor's Content Integrity Investigations team is looking for a dynamic, creative candidate who is fluent in Russian and ready to tackle all forms of content fraud with a particular focus on Russian language content.

Investigator, Content Integrity
 
Responsibilities:
- Identify fraudulent content and behavior by members and owners and encourage corrective action by implementing penalties, managing sensitive support conversations and offering penalty mitigation, where appropriate.
- Surface and investigate instances of bias / fraud in TripAdvisor's review pool through the use of SQL queries, environmental scanning and link analysis software.
- Use casework experience to feed the process of implementing new system rules or proposing technical developments.
- Present and review cases in briefings to TripAdvisor's PR, Legal and Executive Teams.
- Communicate findings by authoring clear and concise case reports.
- Assist in planning and executing trainings for new team members.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior content integrity / fraud experience.
- Proficiency in authoring SQL queries.
- Nativie Russian speakesr.
- Proficiency in problem solving / analytical thinking
- Proficiency in handling complex support cases
- Ability to learn new tools and skills quickly
- Ability to quickly distinguish relevant from irrelevant information
- Service oriented, and maintains composure under pressure
- Strong time management / prioritization skills; with proven skill in multi-tasking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; able to resolve user issues diplomatically
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken Russian
