TripAdvisor is looking for a self-motivated Content Specialist (Dutch and English) to help us ensure high-quality content on our site. 

This role focuses on user-generated-content processes. We want to work with great people who can follow directions while working independently and who are able to keep up with our fast-paced environment. You'll use language, analytical and organisational skills to support content processes.

 What You'll Do:

* Oversee and assist moderators with escalations
* Help moderators maintain quality and speed of processing
* Monitor user-generated content in Dutch
* Identify online trends and collaborate with the team to improve user experience and content management toolset and Utilising data analysis to support project ideas and automation
* Track and report on content metrics on a regular basis
* Assisting with identifying bugs or areas of improvement related to technology
* Researching and implementing projects aimed at fixing bugs or areas of improvement
* Assisting with training and mentorship of new team members
* Assisting with develop and maintain training documentation that supports consistent review moderation globally
* Additional responsibilities will be assigned as necessary
What you’ll bring to the team:
* Fluency of Dutch language, both written and verbal
* Strong command of the English language
* Strong analytical skills: understands and utilises metrics relevant to the role
* Excellent time management/prioritisation skills and multi-tasking ability
* Experience with using web-based tools and databases
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
* Excellent people skills and the ability to resolve user issues independently and to recognise issues that need to be escalated
* Strong communication skills and ability to easily collaborate across a global te
* Experience with building and running SQL queries would be good but not essential
* Good editorial judgment
* Flexible and open to change and new information; adapts behaviour and work methods accordingly
* Grasps the essence of new information; recognises own strengths and weaknesses; pursues self-development; seeks feedback.
* Exhibits integrity through fair and ethical behaviour toward others and a demonstrated sense of corporate responsibility and commitment.
