As the first full-time designer on our marketing team, you’ll be a key contributor to our brand and growth strategies. Come be the creative powerhouse that takes our work to the next level. You’ll touch nearly everything we do, from digital advertising to print collateral, and help us to define, maintain, and evolve our style, too.
What you’ll do:
- Create beautiful designs across digital and print media and help us execute programs at scale. You’ll produce a bazillion digital ads, beautify our collateral, design tradeshow booths, and so much more.
- Partner with our product design team to help define and evolve our style. You’ll make our brand sing and ensure it is applied consistently.
- Develop systems that keep assets organized and stakeholders in-the-know. You’ll juggle multiple projects while remaining communicative and organized.
- Offer new ideas. You’ll share your expertise and help guide our brand strategy as we grow.
Please:
- Have 3+ years of design experience.
- Be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Have experience with WordPress and Web design and execution (using HTML, CSS, etc.).
- Know how to translate business needs into creative solutions.
- Have excellent listening and communication skills.
- Be great at owning and delivering projects/programs by yourself AND playing well with others.
- Know how to “just figure things out” and invent whatever idea or approach could accomplish our objectives.
