Why This Position is Awesome:

  • Under revenue billing supervision, the Billing Support Specialist is responsible for analyzing, processing and preparing billing request (credits, rebills, prebills) and research issues in ORMB and Salesforce for customer, partner, and provider accounts.
  • This position is also responsible for receiving, triaging and processing all billing email alias request.
  • The Billing Support Specialist must be courteous, tactful and exercise patience in dealing with customers, account managers, sales managers and any other interfacing departments.
  • The Billing Support Specialist must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Ability to perform and act as a back-up to all aspects of Billing duties as needed
  • Inbound and outbound emails to account managers, sales managers, partners, providers and customers as needed to resolve the issue
  • Handle sensitive customer and internal customer interactions
  • Thorough navigation of both Oracle Revenue Billing System, Salesforce, excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet quality standards
  • Ability to handle other projects as assigned

What We Seek:

  • BS or BA in accounting, communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of billing experience preferred, but not required
  • Data entry experience (entering customer information)
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel (ability to create a professional looking document, add worksheets, copy / paste, sort, freeze or hide cells, sum, create and / or add / delete columns)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
