Job Summary: 

Work with Controller and finance team to maintain cash and accounts receivables, work with Customer Care on service requests and collection efforts.

Primary responsibilities:

• Daily posting of cash receipts from credit cards, wires, and checks
• Process and record credit card payments and refunds
• Follow up on declined and expired cards
• Process service requests from customer care regarding billing and payments
• Process monthly customer invoicing and special project billings
• Monitor accounts receivable and perform collections to keep the aging current
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to the general ledger
• Assist with cash reconciliations
• Assist with projects such as audits and reporting.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
• Work experience relevant to the above responsibilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with MS GP2015 a huge plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interaction/communication, including with various levels of management
