Job Description
As an Associate Product Manager on the product management team, you will interface with other team members across Engineering, UX designers, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, Field Reps, and other parts of the organization. You will also get the opportunity to interface with both independent and enterprise customers directly and in getting feedback regarding designs and usability in order to inspire and inform how Toast continues to build and shape it"s innovative products.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other product managers to analyze product usage data and suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
- Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver product features.
- Perform quality assurance on product features to ensure they will meet user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers as well as gather feedback from customers and other team members
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
- Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
- Work closely with product marketing, documentation, and training departments to ensure successful feature rollouts to customers.
- Monitor and report on product or feature usage patterns after release.
Requirements:
- At least 1-year product management experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong technical abilities with passion in using software products. Mobile application experience would be considered a strong plus.
- Deep passion for creating and building products and services.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
