About Joel

Joel Schwartz is an innovative and creative scientist who leverages experience in neurobiology, physics, and statistics to generate and analyze large datasets. Joel is the Lead Instructor for Northeastern’s Level Data Analytics program, as well as the CEO/Co-founder of Biomedical Data Analytics (BDA). BDA provides advanced analytical tools on a proprietary cloud-based platform to extract additional information. Joel served as a technology lab lead within the Neuroscience Research Unit at Pfizer, where he served as a translator between the biologists, statisticians, physicists, and computer infrastructure professionals.
