In this interactive webinar, we’ll introduce you to the Lean Canvas method to help you get a clear picture of all the pieces of your company. You’ll build your own lean canvas to break down and analyze your business model, and set yourself up for long-term growth.

Lean Canvas is an important tool for you to keep using throughout your startup journey. Whether you’re testing out a new business idea, launching a new product, or pivoting your business model, you’ll find this method helpful.

Already built your own canvas? Great! Our experts will provide feedback to help you revise to meet your needs in the current situation. You’ll walk away with a better understanding of the stage you are at and the options you have to build a sustainable business.

Lean Canvas is a 1-page business plan template created by Ash Maurya that helps you deconstruct your idea into its key assumptions. It is adapted from Alex Osterwalder’s Business Model Canvas and optimized for Lean Startups. It’s an actionable and entrepreneur-focused business plan.
