Description

The web needs a mid-course correction. Solid, an open source project led by WWW inventor Sir Tim Berners-Lee, is leading the way.

Solid lays the foundation for a future that puts users in control of their data and frees developers to focus on building apps that deliver value.

Join us at the WeWork at 200 Portland St. in Boston for an overview of the Solid technology and an introduction to members of the Solid community. Learn how Solid works and how to get involved.

The evening will be organized by inrupt, the startup that Sir Tim Berners-Lee founded with CEO John Bruce in order to accelerate the adoption of Solid.

6 p.m. — Welcome and introduction to Solid

6:30 p.m. — Examples of apps and projects from the Solid Community

7 p.m. — Q&A

Space is limited, but the presentation will be recorded and shared later. Please email [email protected] with questions.
