Payfactors is looking for a Compensation/HR Data Analyst to join our Compensation team to partner with and assist our clients with their organization data configuration, implementation, and participation. The Compensation/HR Data Analyst will play a key role in the collection, analysis, and reporting of compensation data in support of new and existing client-facing data products.
The right individual for this role will be a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented compensation or HR professional who is an extremely effective communicator. The individual must have a compensation, HRIS, or HR data background, be proficient working with large data sets, and an analytical mind.
