Web Analytics Manager
Collaborate with stakeholders across key business areas such as sales, marketing, pricing and strategy and translate their needs into robust and meaningful dashboards.
Work on a wide variety of analytics projects ranging from simple data requests such as identifying orders with delayed deliveries, to larger ones such as customer segmentation, churn prediction, or profit margin optimization.
Apply data science techniques on large data sets to develop strategic insights, present them in a compelling way, and, most importantly, work towards integrating the results into our business processes.
Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep teams as efficient as possible.
Keep up with the industry and mentor other members of the team.
