▪Capacity Management: Strategic resource planning resulting in achieving and exceeding utilization role targets. Improving delivery effectiveness and efficiency for current (backlog) and future projects (sales pipeline).
▪Standardization: Processes, methodologies, project management practices, deliverables and tools across the Enterprise Project Management Office (Project Charter/Scope, Project Plan, Project Budget, Status Reports),
▪Work Plan Creation: By project type / execution of unused hours program.
▪Third party management: manage engaged 3rd parties, ensure single-client experience.
▪Bookings to revenue conversion to plan achievement; On time, on budget, on quality.
▪Customer experience: Drive excellence in customer experience, during implementation and stabilization of the customer life cycle.
▪Life Cycle Transition: Definition of implementation success and transition to Acct Management and Support.
Talent development: increase HC IQ, manage/increase team capabilities, continuous ongoing.
