The HR Generalist will be a dedicated team member responsible for supporting people operations in our Cambridge office and ensuring our people have a great experience. S/he will work closely with our leadership and company-wide HR teams on talent acquisition, learning and development initiatives, staffing, benefits coordination, general HR administration and office programs and events. The HR Generalist will play a key role in growing our office by sourcing and selecting high-potential candidates who align with our core values and working closely with each employee to build forward-looking career paths within the company. S/he will support our people by educating them on how to make the most of our generous perks and benefits as well as creating new programs and planning events that promote and enrich our culture.
