Build a calendar of communications for the L&D team to ensure alignment and coordination between team members for initiatives such as trainings, D&I events, and other programs.
Support key org-wide communications such as quarterly goals, mid-year performance reviews, and pilot groups for Workday implementation or other experiments conducted by the learning team.
Provide change management support for changes to daily processes such as performance reviews, Workday, and learning systems.
Manage Performance Resources Corner on Indigo’s internal webpage by enhancing existing materials through visual programs like Photoshop and producing new materials for topics such as Health and Wellness using various tools (e.g., PPT, Publisher).
Research ways to improve efficiency by leveraging an agile work process.
Create invites and marketing materials to attract employees for career development workshops (e.g., how to grow your career at Indigo).
Develop a communications plan for recurring messages which includes channels for communication (e.g., Slack, Facebook), audiences, frequency, and other criteria.
