Work as a Business Partner and key stakeholder within other areas of the business (i.e. Product and/or Engineering) to provide operational guidance, support, subject matter expertise, and decisions - representing the system users, providing insight and highlighting dependencies, connectivities, and risks.
Ensure robust and effective engagement, preparation, support, and communication is in place for all operationally impacting changes.
Act as a subject matter expert around all technologies and processes within the CSC.
Build and deliver training materials to the CSC related to operational changes.
Act as a key member of the CSC leadership team.
Create and deliver project plans to manage operational change.
Flag, escalate, and mitigate any identified risks and issues.
Drive continuous improvement in tools, process, operational communications, and engagement.
