The CS Enablement Manager will play a central role in ensuring our CS team is equipped to help our prospects be successful with Drift. This will include both onboarding new reps and leveling up the existing team. We expect our enablement team to understand our broader Customer Success strategy, identify areas to improve, design learning and certification experiences, and execute all the way through to full job readiness. You should be prepared to share your work, and be able to measure the impact you are having on performance. You must learn from every cycle, and constantly improve your process, efficiency, and results.

Partner directly with our Drift customers, designing system integration and data flow strategies based on their Sales & Marketing tech stack. Work seamlessly with the Customer Success team to ensure the technical needs of customers are met during onboarding in line with their goals and KPIs. Develop a solid understanding of your customers’ marketing and sales tech stacks, including the information that flows through it to be pushed into and pulled out of Drift to drive accurate attribution. Partner closely with the platform development team in leveraging our API to solve customer problems. Work closely with the product and engineering team to influence new product features and capabilities based on customer feedback. As an Siftrock Conversational Sales Advisor, you will identify, source and close ideal customer prospects in the Mid-Market, SME, and Enterprise space. You’ll lead up to three teams, collaborating with one designer, one customer advocate, and three engineers per team to ship customer value daily. You’ll spend a lot of your time talking to customers, understanding their problems, and validating that your solutions solve a real problem for them.
