Work directly with senior leadership and day-to-day teams at some of Dispatch’s largest accounts. Maintain account retention while providing exceptional customer service and developing client relationships. Identify and close new opportunities within an existing customer base. Create and execute on an account plans to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities. Exceed monthly/quarterly growth and renewal goals. Proactively drive accounts with minimal oversight. Obtain repeat business, referrals, and references by applying an understanding of the unique requirements of the key decision makers (sales, marketing, finance, etc.); coaching others regarding best practices and techniques. Serve as an escalation path for critical support issues and customer concerns.
