Responsible for day-to-day operations of the office, such as managing building office key cards, submitting work order requests and resolving any building issues, coordinating with building owners.
Execute office-related requests such as office upkeep, greeting guests, answering phones, processing lunch and grocery orders, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and managing conference room reservations;
Providing event coordination for company events.
Assisting Human Resources with various projects.
Assisting with archiving documents, organization and storage management using Dropbox.
Coordinating company meetings, including equipment set-up, dial-in, and meeting minutes.
Support the Finance department with ordering processes and other activities as needed.
Maintaining strict confidentiality on all matters related to the company..
Performs other related duties as assigned.
