Collaborate and communicate with provisioning and customer support, keeping them informed of customer needs and use all corporate resources (financial, marketing, technical, R&D, Administrative) to achieve regional goals.
Prepare detailed and thoughtful reports (Strategic forecasting, periodic business reviews) maintained in Fuze’s CRM database.
Investigate and analyze market trends and competitors' positions in the market.
