The Chief People Officer will have a strong focus on helping to scale our business: designing the right organizational structure, identifying talent gaps, and executing on thoughtful performance management, compensation and incentive systems. He or she will build a robust talent management strategy, including aggressive recruiting, employee engagement, career development, retention, and succession planning.
The ideal CPO candidate is progressive and innovative, has a strategic and tactical mindset that will support our rapid growth plans, and is a strategic advisor and influencer to the CEO and Executive Leadership team in the areas of change management, organizational effectiveness, training and development and compensation philosophy.
