Provides regular period and quarterly reporting of customer level KPI loyalty and digital engagement performance across all Brands.
- Completes post-campaign analysis (response and redemption rates, incremental lift, S:C) enters into historical knowledge database and publishes to business owners.
- Provides automated scorecards to business owners to more efficiently share customer level insight.
- Completes analysis of events or campaigns for publication including key insights to support recommendations for future actions.
- Supports the banners in the development of campaigns with valid test/control and audience selection criteria to properly measure objectives.
- Develops and publishes standardized reporting templates to facilitate; understanding of key metrics, identification of specific trends and development of deeper customer knowledge for continuous improvement on strategy and tactics.
- Designs, develops and delivers timely and error-free reports on a regular and ad hoc basis as needed.
