As our Manager, Partnerships America, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing relationships with Scandit partners across the territory.  This includes relationships with the local offices of our strategic co-selling mobile device partners, including Samsung as well as their partner ecosystem of resellers, distributors, and carrier partners to drive awareness and generate new sales opportunities that align with the Scandit named account strategy. In addition, the role will further build and manage key relationships with the local offices of our key ISV and SI partners, including our relationships with SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce (and other regional or vertical ISV partners) and develop regional relationships with firms like Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM, etc.  This role requires a person who is proficient in wearing multiple types of partnership-oriented hats versus being more vertically focused on a particular partnership type. In this role, you will work closely with global partner directors, peer partner managers, sales teams, marketing, and product management to coordinate activities to support existing partners and actively recruit new partners to support our rapid growth.

The Team Lead, Sales Development is responsible for driving the results of the SDR team by coaching, coordinating, measuring, problem solving and leading. The Team Lead, Sales Development contributes to the strategies and executes plans while upholding the standards to ensure that opportunity creation and pipeline goals are met or exceeded. This role requires a self-starting, proactive, results-oriented sales management professional. As a Team Lead, Sales Development, you will coach 5-10 SDRs on prospecting methods, using a combination of Drift, phone, email, social media, and direct mail to help build our sales pipeline by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their unique needs, and identifying the best way to position Drift. You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with the Heads of Enterprise Sales, Head of Sales Development, and VP of Marketing - Demand Generation.
