Take ownership of Inventory Management, working with internal/external stakeholders and partners to assure adequate inventory is produced, tracked, and distributed based off anticipated demand patterns and internal product developments.
Manage team in order processing and fulfillment of a portion of our direct-to-consumer orders, and receipt of our returned samples, assuring orders are promptly received, fulfilled, and posted/shipped to customers and that received samples are accepted, handled and processed for analysis as fast as possible.
Make iterative improvements on product flow, from Embark, to customer, to lab, and work with internal and external stakeholders like 3rd party logistics firms to improve the cost, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction of the processes.
Liaise with customer care on issues related to distribution & fulfillment, spot and communicate trends in customer issues, and work to fix them.
Maintain adequate inventory tracking processes and liaise with accounting on inventory accounting.
Partner on pilot efforts as a crucial member in Embark’s value chain.
