Provide support for internal end users and devices running macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu.

Document issues and assist end users using a ticketing system.
Handle user on-boarding and off-boarding.
Support audio/visual setup for video conferencing.
Audit hardware assets and user accounts.
Help develop and document IT knowledge-base.
