Strategy- You will help define our strategy leveraging consumer insights, competitive intelligence and analytics to drive marketing, assortment and experience improvements.
P&L Management- You will own the P&L for one of the major consumer use cases (wedding, holiday, celebrations) and product lines (holiday cards, invitations, announcements, photo gifts) for North America. You will manage the levers to drive profit and cash flow including but not limited to site experience, manufacturing, go-to-market, and pricing with the goal of bringing our positioning to life.
Operating Plan- You will create data driven plans to deliver value for the customer and the business. You will lead priority initiatives, working cross-functionally from ideation through delivery, creating a data driven plan.
Positioning- You will evolve our use case positioning with a focus on changing the perceptions of our customers so that we are their trusted memory creation partner.
Product Management- You will define and implement the right assortment that both meets the long-term strategy and fulfills the needs of our target customer key use cases.
