The Restaurant Success Analyst (RSA) will operate as a key customer advocate for the accounts in their territory, driving customer satisfaction in a one-to-many fashion across a high volume book of business. The Senior Customer Success Manager is responsible for the overall success and adoption of a portfolio of Threat Stack’s largest accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, marketing and selling professional services to prospective and existing customers.  You will be responsible for the delivery of all professional services sold.  This includes ensuring that customers receive positive business outcomes from the services delivered and have a positive customer experience.  You will also be responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, and managing a team of consultants and delivery partners.  You will partner with your VMWare counterparts to ensure service operations are aligned with standard processes and scale as the services revenue grows.

Define and execute article quality review process to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Manage new and incoming article content (review and publish) to ensure accuracy, quality and correctness. Responsible for operational support of knowledge base tools and publishing capabilities.
