Travel to remote locations several times a year including international travel to perform supplementary trainings. Maintain and Update Training Materials for classes. Continuous improvements to the course as products and needs change. Reach out to and develop relationships with our reseller partners to proactively fill classes and build the training program. Review certified resellers for necessary retraining and continuous improvement. Update and maintain online content to supplement live trainings using eLearning tools such as Captivate. Keep up to date on product developments in order to keep training curricula relevant. 10-20% Travel depending on Training schedule.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Service Operations, the Director of Support leads several teams encompassing support, training, and documentation, and coordinates cross-functional support responses and materials from throughout Bevi. The Director of Support ensures that responses adhere to internal and external SLAs, and simultaneously continuously develops and improves materials, process, and tools to make Bevi’s support function more effective and efficient. Performance is measured through KPIs including response and resolution time, and internal and external customer satisfaction.
