As VP of Growth you are responsible for the Growth and Operational Excellence of one or more Marketing Programs. You will work closely with each program owner to understand how they operate, drive improvements and strive for operational excellence. This role requires a combination of software engineering, business analysis, business processes, marketing and data engineering skills to create technology oriented disruptive marketing programs that drive growth for DataRobot. You will have the responsibility to drive growth through experimentation and unique ideas based on a deep understanding of data about all aspects of our business and be relentless in your pursuit of growth. Your role will be cross-functional in nature working in tandem with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Engineering to create disruptive marketing programs. You will be able to immediately see the impact of your work. This is a senior role that requires strong track record.

To support our continued growth, Interactions is hiring a Sales Director. The Sales Director is responsible for sales of Interactions solution offerings to a set of Named Accounts within a given vertical market segment in the US and Canada.  The primary objective of the sales group is to meet and exceed bookings and revenue expectations by prospecting and selling to new customers, growing existing customer revenues and providing solutions to all customers through a consultative sales process. The Sales Director serves as a key member of the team and is expected to build effective relationships with across the whole organization in order to be most effective.
