Own the Markforged Salesforce Partner Portal; building enhancements for scalability, user experience, and data integrity.
Develop internal processes to onboard/ offboard VARs and manage users and permissions.
Help VARs use the system efficiently.
Build, own, and present Channel-related data models and performance calculations.
VAR Model for targeted expansion planning.
VAR productivity - across resellers and within resellers.
VAR performance and related metrics.
Salesforce data integrity of VAR accounts, and related Opportunities.
Develop a refined process for VAR authorization, contract management, and training programs.
Execute incentive/SPIFF programs for VARs - determine appropriate rules, budgeted incentives, and payout processes.
Work closely with Channel Sales, Channel Marketing, and Finance.
