The Channel Development Lead develops a close partnership between the key stakeholders of the PDP (Prescription Drug Plan) business to drive program effectiveness, ensure cost efficiencies, and grow profitability. Provide data driven expertise and management guidance to improve sales performance and increase market share. Develop go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase the overall PDP portfolio. Collaborate with primary stakeholders to identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive PDP plans. Advises executives to develop functional strategies, segment specific, on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

The Director of Partnerships will be a key member of the PathAI BD team and will hold primary responsibility for identifying, collaborating and helping design partnerships between PathAI and Pharmaceutical companies.
