Refresh and maintain the business plan for Indigo Carbon.
Refine our value proposition and positioning to growers and credit buyers.
Evaluate opportunities for expansion (e.g. new geographies, land types, crop types).
Evaluate opportunities to unlock rapid scale through innovation in technology, methodology, modeling, etc. and develop plans to execute.
Set performance metrics, measure baselines, monitor and report progress.
Challenge assumptions on strategy and tactics, help implement solutions.
Systematically identify bottlenecks/obstacles, frame decisions to be made at executive level, drive to a decision.
Report to leadership on program status and timeline, achievement against performance targets, risks and mitigation plans.
Quickly develop strong working knowledge of agriculture and the various aspects of carbon markets.
Manage cross-functional teams toward the delivery of their work plans, building trust and strong relationships across the business.
