Cricket Health’s Sr. Data Engineer will report directly to the Data Team Lead and will serve as a critical bridge between the Data Team and Cricket’s Engineering team. The Sr. Data Engineer will be tasked with designing, developing, testing, deploying, and operating Cricket’s data lake / warehouse. From a data perspective, Cricket’s key differentiator will be rooted in our ability to bring together and analyze complex, disparate data sources quickly and accurately. We are looking for a true technologist - the hybrid builder / leader - to paint the vision and lay the groundwork for the central data repository that will become the backbone of Cricket’s mission to improve care for patients suffering from kidney disease. The Sr. Data Engineer will also champion the democratization of information within Cricket by owning metadata management, implementing HIPAA compliant access controls, and standing up our data visualization capability alongside product managers, data engineers, data analysts, and clinicians. We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving healthcare, wants to “do right” by patients and providers, cares deeply about data quality, and can build data pipelines “now” and build a team over time.
