Design learning experiences and programs for Dynatrace's Software Intelligence Platform and solutions. Responsible for roadmap definition and designing learning solutions for Customer Enablement. Collaborate with various teams to develop assets and offerings. Possess a blend of business and learning design skills with a solid understanding of adult learning theory principles.

Manage end-to-end cross-functional Enterprise Application/Business Systems focused programs, projects, integrations, and migration efforts. Lead initiatives from development of a business case through implementation planning, execution, and change management. Provide leadership, communication, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.
