The CMF (Color, Material & Finish) Design Co-op will assist in the management of CMF development for new products, create and track color specifications, develop color palettes, collect and organize samples, track consumer trends, and assist in complex concept development. The co-op will work closely with the CMF Senior Team, Design Directors, and cross-functional teams.
