The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
We are seeking an experienced Workday Global Payroll Analyst to oversee and manage the configurations, integrations and data flow between our Workday HCM system and our global payroll vendors. This role requires deep expertise in Workday HCM modules, Workday PICOF and PECI expertise, and the ability to work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive system efficiencies and enhancements. 

As a Workday Global Payroll Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Manage and monitor all Workday-to-payroll vendor integrations across 37 countries, ensuring timely and accurate data transmission.

• Perform daily integration monitoring, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for payroll interface errors.

• Partner with global and regional payroll teams to ensure payroll readiness and compliance with local requirements.

• Drive the strategic roadmap for payroll integration improvements, automation, and standardization across regions.

• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for the Global Service Center and Regional Payroll teams.

• Empower regional teams to be self-sufficient in monitoring and managing payroll interfaces, error handling, and escalation.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Workday configuration experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

High School Diploma/GED AND eleven (11) years of Workday configuration experience in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

(2) two years of experience managing Workday Global Payroll Integrations

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of Workday HCM modules, reporting tools (Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields), and business process framework.
• Knowledge of PICOF and PECI configuration and processing
• Previous experience in global or enterprise-level environments.
• Agile/Scrum project experience or certification.
• Workday Pro Certification(s) preferred.

Travel: May include up to 5% [domestic/international]

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
