We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Vice President of Finance to lead and scale the financial function of our high-growth B2B SaaS organization. This executive will serve as a key business partner to the CEO and leadership team, bringing financial rigor, operational insight, and investor fluency to fuel our next stage of growth.
As we expand across markets and scale our offerings, the VP of Finance will be responsible for driving financial strategy, fundraising readiness, data-driven forecasting, and building infrastructure for operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully navigated the unique demands of SaaS start-ups and is eager to drive long-term enterprise value.

- Lead Financial Strategy and Execution. Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to shape Entrupy’s financial vision, drive long-term planning, and support strategic decision-making as we scale.
- Own Budgeting, Forecasting, and SaaS Metrics. Develop and manage company-wide budgets and forecasts; implement robust tracking for core SaaS metrics like ARR, NRR, CAC, and LTV to guide operational and investment decisions.
- Build Scalable Finance Infrastructure. Establish and optimize scalable systems, processes, and tools for financial reporting, multi-entity consolidations, and global compliance as we grow. Oversee accounting, billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and procurement workflow.
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team. Lead and grow a high-performing Finance and Accounting team. Establish and scale a finance business partner model to support department heads with decision-making and accountability.
- Oversee Capital Planning and Investor Relations
Manage capital allocation and fundraising strategies; prepare board materials, lead financial due diligence, and serve as a primary contact for current and future investors. - Ensure Compliance and Risk Management
Maintain strong internal controls, oversee external audits and regulatory compliance, and ensure fiscal integrity across domestic and international operations. - Drive Cross-Functional Business Insights
Collaborate with Product, Revenue, and Operations to align financial strategy with business priorities, using data to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3+ years leading finance in a B2B SaaS company at the Series B–C stage or beyond.
- Proven success scaling a finance function from early growth to maturity, including preparing for funding rounds, diligence, and audits.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and financial levers, including ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, payback period, and SaaS P&L nuances.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and SaaS contract structures.
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Stripe) and FP&A tools (e.g., Planful).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills; comfortable presenting to boards, investors, as well as managing a global finance team.
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related; MBA or CPA highly preferred.
The starting salary for this role is between $220,000–$250,000, depending on skills and experience. We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on local market standards. Individual compensation decisions are based on several factors, including experience level, skill set, and internal equity. If we determine the candidate is more junior or senior than the posted role, a revised salary range will be communicated during the process.
